Urben Forest Service just removed an extra-large silver maple tree that posed a significant threat to my property and the adjacent public park. The tree had a severely rotting trunk and was dangerously leaning over both my house and the park. I obtained estimates from five different companies, and Urben Forest Service stood out in several key areas.
Firstly, they provided a candid and accurate assessment of the tree's health, which was consistent with the evaluations of the other four bidders. This gave me confidence in their expertise and understanding of the situation. Secondly, their price estimate was highly competitive; in fact, it was the best quote I received.
The scheduling process was smooth and communication with Urben Forest Service was excellent throughout. They kept me well-informed and promptly addressed all my questions.
When it came to the job itself, I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. They utilized a very modern tool kit, including a large crane equipped with a clasp and an integrated chainsaw. This allowed them to safely and effectively remove the tree without the need for a climber. Dillon contacted me directly when they had to delay the work by 2 days due to strong winds - safety first- we were very happy with their responsible decision.
The tree was precisely dropped in manageable chunks -- not a single branch caused any damage to my house or neighboring area.
Perfect cleanup. They removed all the debris from the tree and collected all the downed wood and branches, leaving the area spotless. They took great care to protect my lawn from any damage from their heavy equipment. They placed plywood in the grassy areas to prevent ruts, and after they were finished, there wasn't a visible trace that they had been working there."

"Dillon and his crew do great work. I had 2 trees fall over and almost landed on my house. Dillon responded to an e-mail and came for an estimate the same day. They were at my house at 7:00am the next day and had the job done and cleaned up by 11:00 am. Very happy with the work. They communicated well, were on time, worked with me to get what I wanted done, worked like pros and cleaned up nicely."

"I had a great experience with Urben Forest Services. I had a 70 ft white oak tree hanging over my house that was rotting from the inside. Dillon was able to bring his track-based system in through a narrow opening in my fence and remove the tree quickly and safely while protecting my house and a surrounding fence. "When these guys arrived they were, to say the least!,, well equipped. Listened to my concerns about existing plants. They took down two oak trees and bucked them into firewood sizes. They were amazingly accurate dropping the huge branches to the ground.
